Luxella Return & Exchange Policy

At Luxella, every piece is crafted with precision and care. However, if you wish to make a return, please review our policy below:

 1.Return Eligibility.

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • No stains, tears, perfume, or makeup marks should be present.

 2.Non-Returnable items.

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a confirmed production defect.

  • Sale items and accessories are also non-returnable.

 3.Return Process.

  • To initiate a return, kindly contact us via Instagram DM or email (support@luxellacouture.com) within 3 days of receiving your package.

  • Include your order number, item name and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you may ship the product back to us at your own cost.

4.Refunds and Exchanges.

  • Approved items will be processed as store credit or exchange, not cash refunds.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 5.Damaged or Incorrect Items.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
