Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
No stains, tears, perfume, or makeup marks should be present.
Custom-made or personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a confirmed production defect.
Sale items and accessories are also non-returnable.
To initiate a return, kindly contact us via Instagram DM or email (support@luxellacouture.com) within 3 days of receiving your package.
Include your order number, item name and reason for return.
Once approved, you may ship the product back to us at your own cost.
Approved items will be processed as store credit or exchange, not cash refunds.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
